  The cause of the problem we were told was due to broken pumps and related infrastructure issues. When? I repeat when will the black man also develop the culture of maintenance? We should put a stop to the attitude of not holding anyone responsible when basic societal services are not working. I am sure all those responsible for the maintenance work received their salaries every month without doing any work. This has to stop. People should be held accountable for negligence of duty!! There should be penalties such as salary reduction, a fine in court or even prison sentences.
