I believe that all State owned Enterprises, so described, are properties mainly of the govt and people of Ghana. However it seems that not only have they been operating in the dark- in a non-transparent manner but, they have also been misusing the monies thereof to heap largesse in terms of huge salaries and perks upon themselves at the expense of the ordinary poor people of this country whose few Cedis were and are used to set up these organizations and to cushion their defaults. The same thing happens vis-a-vis the Cocobod and cocoa farmers. Educated people in this country are really hard-core insensitive thieves.

I propose that all SoEs, publish twice a year in the local media, the salary structure of their top executives and Board members as well as statements on their financial standing..

Do you know the requirement and skillset to be a governor of a Central Bank? Too many people should not be parading as journalist in Ghana.
