No one is restricting him from going to any public function but he must know his line of limit. Why does he always want to talk to the president or be recognized by him anywhere he follows him? To me, he's just a village swine, the only difference is that he perhaps doesn't get intoxicated during his stupid attention seeking attempts at the president.

He must be warned to refrain from the unecessary approaches to the president. No one wants to see him doing that. Appiah Stadium's "Nkurasesem" is getting too much and isn't funny anymore. ]
