You can hardly attain most precise, most empirical, most valid, and most reliable a definition of kleptocracy than do these findings! There is no better, no stronger a rendition of the electo-kleptocratic system than these facts and figures! For such an impoverished state as Ghana, where some children still attend school classes are under trees, these facts and figures make an outrageous, heart-wrenching reading!

It bears reiterating a fact: what is going on in Ghana is not corruption; for corruption suggests a modicum of restraint and apprehension on the part of the perpetrators! What is going on in Ghana is uncontrolled, unfettered, unrestrained looting and raiding of the national purse on an industrial scale! It walks hand in hand with its twin, mismanagement! When you see looting in action, you see mismanagement in its support!

The looting and raiding of national purse is a whole industry of its own! Its key, major actors and practitioners are the 'big men and women' in the leadership of the country -- the political and bureaucratic leadership; their allies in the leadership of public corporations; their compatriots in the leadership of private business sector; their friends in the leadership of the churches! No grouping has so much interest in maintaining, and operating, the electo-kleptocratic system than these people! A rotten, immoral lot! Thieves!

I strongly advocate for a thorough investigation into the remaining cases. Furthermore, I recommend expanding the probe to cover the periods 2008-2016, in addition to the already examined 2017-2024.

Recovering all stolen monies should be a top priority.

You never explained how you managed to turn your MP car loan to enable you to buy a combine harvester. The MP car loan is 60% subsidized by the taxpayer not paid 100% by the MP as you make us to belive. You still owe the taxpayer an explanation how the MP car loan became an MP combine harvester loan.

If not, wahala for JDM and his government and I think JDM is waiting for these monies to hit government account so that he can cancel E-levy, betting and covid-19 taxes. I'm reminding him because he promised Ghanaians that there's no more covid-19, because of lack of jobs the youth who patronise betting don't need to be taxed on their earnings and the E-levy was described as obnoxious. Ghanaians don't need any further explanation should JDM fail to retrieve all these perceived corrupt monies. Where is the integrity of JDM now that he has exonerated his men who were standing trials?
