His delivery and pronouncements never gave confidence to Ghanaians to the point of remaining ergy throughout his term. Nitiwul appeared to lack basic intelligence and wondered how the top military brass had to endure with this incompetence. Anyway, whom among those appointed by Akufo Addo demonstrated the capacity and ability to perform the responsibilities bestowed to ensure comfort of the people. Only Akufo Addo knew why he appointed Nitiwul in this case.
Even though not articulate, he is very often heard screaming and to make matters worse, he is known to peddled several falsehoods and lies. Topping all is his legendary dishonesty.
