If you don't know, all lawyers went on strike and refused to work in the courts and so has the tradition remained that the AFRC/ PNDC is no friend of practitioners of law. They thought law, order and justice could be delivered by market women and the uneducated rank and file constituted into the then PDC ( Peoples defence committees). Everything in Ghana needs resetting. Most of the judges are from Dankwa law firms and NPP affiliate law firms. Nana Addo has planted too many anti- Ghana judges who only care about NPP. They are all criminals and enemies of state.

For instance if you will charge cecilia dapaah with causing financial loss to the state instead of mo ey laundering and you lose, do you have to say the judge is an npp judge?
In a panel discussion, Sammy Gyamfi didn't even know the category of the financial bodies, which financial institution is under SEC or BOG but he was eloquently explaining what went wrong in the banking sector clean up. ORAL will let the public know that 2.9bn has been looted but they can't prove in court. But they will still want the judge to rule in their favour. We are here, let's dare them to retrieve the 2bln loot. They can't!

Stop complaining as a government and force them to play by the rules of fairness and equality. Amend the constitution to make it impossible for them to twist the system to serve their political interests and also ensure that it is easy to remove judges who misbehave like the so-called reverend father who passed a judgement without listening to the NDC side in the recent parliamentary elections dispute case. You have given them too much freedom to misbehave as if the country is their personal property and the rest of us are second class citizens who can be treated with contempt.

When you win cases in court that one you have issues with the Judiciary. Let's stop these hypocrisy.
Just as you politicians have during the last 32years have been unfair to Ghanaians in one way or the other by some of you looting state properties, stealing monies belonging to the state. Taking undue advantage of the vulnerable. So is the Judiciary also not perfect.

It's not the judiciary that has been unfair to ndc but your 'bugabuga' way of doing things that has caused legal losses. A typical example is what ndc thugs or foolsoldiers did in some constituencies in last year's elections. How can results be declared when there were other polling centers yet to be added up ? When it comes to due process and rule of law, ndc cannot match npp but in terms of bugabuga yes ndc stands tall over npp. JDM has once said that when it comes to violence, npp can't match them so your defeat in court cases can't be blamed on the judiciary.
