  Did school inspectors ever visit primary schools? Did they not report the existence of challenges that endanger pupils lives? What do directors do? Don't they have charts that show impediments to schooling in each district? The Minister must insist upon seeing charts that show the national state of schools by ranking according to critical factors in all schools.
