  Well said but Administrative Diplomacy, Adminsitrative Proceedures Administrative Discipline and Due Process do not make it so easy to do so else the outcome shall be disastrous. The Players first submission must be to the Coaches and The Team Management. Any effort from above the Managment must climb down from one floor to the other ensuring that at any flow he comes down to he studiest and understand all their efforts. So it is both ways- downward or upowards.
  
  If the Minister wants to reach down to the Players He must first Meet and harmonize with the GFA, then the GFA will lead him downward to the Management for another Harmonization, then to the Management Team, another hamonization before the Players. And this should be very, very very RARE. It is good the Minister limits himself to the GFA and the GFA will pass his efforts downward to the management, then management to Technical then leave the day to day affairs to the Technical with the Players.

There can be a problem too with the players themselves but the GFA and the coach can not run away from the biggest blame. As for coaching we have not seen any better play as a team but rather individually. Finally the players need to be nationalistic and sacrifice because even in our contributions to national duties we do it as Ghanaians
