What do you mean by legal end? The "nolle prosequi" is legal. It didn't end in your favour (the way you want it), but that doesn't mean it is illegal.

Do we have any recommendation from the courts or govt what happened to these monies which could build hospitals , schools etc for rural Ghanaians. And all an "intelligent Ghanaian" could say is thst it did not end in my favour. Rassclat!

Let the courts determine what happened to that money and how we can get it back. How does your "nolle prosequi" return GHC400m to our Accounts so we dont go begging the IMF for loans. This is what we want the courts to make a recommendation. So next time NPP will also not use use your "nolle prosequi" to free their crooks in court same as the NDC is using it to let off theirs.

Isnt it time Ghanaians also take advantage of a ",nolle prosewui" to free themselves of the predatory behaviour of these politricksters called politicians by jailing a few of them to send a message that you commit the crime, you will pay a price!
