  Kwame, you got it wrong. This case is analogous to Bank of Ghana governor Addison, being accused of payment for the non existent Pwalugu dam. Like Addison who did not certify the work but had to make the payment because he had been authorised to pay, the ambulance supply was authorised by the then minister of Health for payment by the ministry of finance. The accountable officer was the late minister of Health, Sherry Ayitey, and not Forson. Again the disgraceful coaching of the accused Jakpa by former Attorney General and minister of Justice, Dame, to testify against Forson was a no no which should have resulted in dismissal of Dame.

  This is ndc version of fighting corruption. Ndc members are from heaven so they don't sin, they don't go wrong in anyway and they are all as white as snow. The current AG is telling us that his predecessor know nothing about prosecutable cases so he hurriedly pushed the affected ndc members to face trials. If this is how we are fighting corruption in Ghana then the fight will be won sooner than later. As3m b3ba dabi.

  Dominic Ayine, stop defending your politically motivated discontinuation of high profile cases against your cronies in your government as we all know what they did against our country. If you think they are innocent you should have allowed the court to handle those cases instead of your lame excuses. Can you also in your right mind prosecute Npp appointees and think it's also not going to be deemed as tit for tart political witch hunt. Mother Ghana is the loser.
