  The country should be interested in how we procreate. I will bet my last cedi that at least 80 % of the women aged 17 to 30 years in that area are single parents. Caring for the offspring without the help of fathers become so difficult that the children are left to their own devices. The state is not only for levying, collecting and misusing taxes. The welfare of the poor should also be of interest to the state.
