How do you know? Did he confide in you? Why should we believe you instead of the AG? With the explanations the AG gave, I believe he's telling the truth. If the former government had a legitimate case they would've secured convictions long time ago. The way they were transferring judges which they deemed would be fair, the way the former AG was paying visits to some of the judges that were sitting on some of the cases, the way he was trying to coach witnesses all point to the fact that the cases were political persecutions!!
