SAMUEL CODJOE, COUNSEL FOR FIRST ACCUSED RAISED AN OBJECTION STATING THAT THE A-G WAS SUPPOSED TO PROSECUTE CRIME AND CANNOT THEREFORE DEFEND A CRIMINAL. THE PERJURY APPLICATION WAS THEN RESCHEDULED FOR ADU AMPOMAH TO GET HIS OWN LAWYERS. UPON THE SCHEDULED DATE, HONYENUGA CALLED ON COUNSEL CODJOE TO MOVE THE APPLICATION.
