It is ultimately important that you take a second look at your intentions in relation to this exam and embrace/deploy mechanisms that are sustainable.

  Gov. need not to pay the 20%allowance for self transfer to rural area because there is already in place a compulsory and well regulated transfer policy which can work to transfer teachers without difficulties of payment of allowances.And the policy reads that every teacher is due for transfer in every 10 years and above, and it is compulsory which comes with a package of allowance . NDC gov. can only increase the already in place transfer allowance by that %margin for both the previous and current transfers to everywhere school.
