After looting the national coffers, they have the audacity to create financial problems for the NDC government which has no budgetary appropriations for the newly hired employees. Article 91 stated does not solve the problem. It says the PSC must not dismiss an employer WITHOUT A JUST CAUSE. So the issue is what caused them to be dismissed? was there a just cause? The court will look into that.
