Let your children join the UNEMPLOYED GRADUATE ASSOCIATION. As a senior member of the NPP, what did you contribute to the Employment Sector of Ghana? Tell your children to start looking for jobs at the Basic level. They are not going to be Managers of any Government or Non Government company or establishment just like that, especially when your Party is no longer in Power.

Agyapong, on Live TV bragged he arm-twisted the Police Administration to have 1000 jobs secured for his people! His stance was that of a mockery at Ghanaians for succeeding the "pot-de-vin" and sarcastically invited the Army for same. I will always talk about this because of evil mouths in Ghana saying he isn't corrupt.

He also implied (Live, this one too) that President Kufuor ALWAYS (My emphasis) gave jobs to people he Ken recommended to the former president during his mandate.

Now, calculate the years evil Agyapong has been in parliament and give me an answer to this: How many unemployed varsity students did useless Ken keep at home? Don't be silly, you hear?

So that students after graduating will start working with the skills they have attained rather than relying on government

The problem with Ghanaians, due to conditioning, is that, we have been lead to believe that a degree is what is needed to secure a job. Wrong, you live in country full of natural resources, which means that you need skilled labor. Vocational/Technical education is what is needed. Combine that with your degree holders and then that will form the business that you need.

I also think there needs to be a revival of the factories, that Kwame Nkrumah set up, especially with Trump withdrawing U.S AID, all those defunct factories need skilled labor, new machinery, and college degree holders, to manage the administrative part of the factory. Hell in America, you make more money as a truck driver per week, than what you make with your degrees every month in Ghana, on any day, these are facts! $1,200-$1,500 a week sounds good to me.
