And even with arrests, in Ghana, exigent circumstances can only support the warrant less arrest of a subject where a certain kind of felony is committed in the presence of the arresting party. In Ghana, the criminal procedure code spells all of this out so I don't know what this clown is talking about. A lawyer who doesn't understand the constitution is no lawyer at all.

He was habitual glutton ( eats too much). As a result, he was nominated as testing officer by the student. His function was that, before a good is served to students, he had to go the kitchen/and pantry to test the nutritional value of the food.
There was no occasion this Anokye (Napo) guy reported that the food was not palatable.
The essence of accepting that post was to fill his stomach all the time. This stemmed from extreme poverty which of course I agreed with him.
For his analyses, I don't agree with him. He should come again please Testing Officer.
