Is Ghanaweb not aware that the most dangerous wars and battles have been the ones that concern religion? Is the management of Ghanaweb not aware of the 70 years war between Moslems and Christians? Have they not heard about the Monophysite controversy that destroyed sparked wars in Europe leading to destruction of property and many deaths? Ghanaweb should block this idiot and filter out such nasty religious comments before things get out of hand. That contributor is very ignorant and nasty.

  I am Frank Agyena-Karikari and respect all religions so long as they don’t promote and lead to violence. I very much understand Islam and many of my friends are Moslems though I am a Christian. There is no way that I will write to disrespect Islam. I have studied a lot of Islam and have taught it at College level for over six years. Let us respect the religion of others so long as they are not being forced on us.

  What at all is the purpose of this institution? Does the President need all these people to take a decision? How much does this hopeless Council cost the Ghanaian tax payer yearly? It hearts me to see that we as a nation are not prepared to see outside the box. We keep doing the same thing over and over again. Not even the United States (a world power with involvements across the globe) has a Council comprising of 31 people to advise the President. Ghana it is high time we stop wasting our limited financial resources.
