I have said, and will continue to advocate that the definition of the problem is the problem. It is NOT illegal mining that is the problem, it is an issue of UNSUSTAINABLE MINING. Many groups with some form of licensees are those responsible for this mess and until we get all of them on the radar, we are going nowhere!!! I thought it was a problem of the NPP but it is emerging that it is systemic

The talking is too much on galamsey fight. We want action not words as the destruction and pollution is going on daily basis and you are sitting in Accra speaking big english. When ndc supporters were told to vote massively so that when ndc come to power they would be allowed to operate without any fear. Now that ndc supporters are all over the place doing their own thing, who can stop them from not doing gala ? Let galamsey activities stop in Ghana and it's not you the minister who will talk about it but Ghanaians themselves will do the talking for you. Take action to stop it rather than beating about the bush.
