If you (Frimpong Boateng, MD) made a plea to the then Prez (Kuffour, HE) for Victor Selorney's pardon, was the Human Rights lawyer a witness? Why are you holding him to a strict proof?

Requests by late Selormey's lawyers for their client to get medical attention abroad was said in open court. The court would relie on your expertise as a medical doctor to grant the request, and not the president. Put your being politically correct all the time aside, and prove that you granted the request but Kuffour rejected it. It's an opportunity to absolve yourself. Otherwise, you would be bearing someone else's cross.
