Tell your Government to give low interest loans to landlords and ladies to put up structures. Then the Advance Rental Payments can be regulated. Edem, how many rich Anlo Ewes give low interest loans for buildings to be put up for rent in his district and the rest of the country? It has been like that when many Ghanaians were babies and it is not going to change. Just learn to live with it.

I take less than 6 months advance and security, and apply the rental part immediately. I think the lump sum payments are crazy. But I don't have pity on some of the tenants. Some tenants are weirdos.
