If after reducing the cost in the blotted payroll you still keep this taxes then there will be a very big dent on this government if they fail to remove this taxes they promised to remove.

This Scholarship is reserved for a selected few but for the taxes especially the e- levy a chunk of the public stands to benefit once it is scrapped.
