  They are missing in terms of these student obtained study visa to Canadian colleges and universities but they don't show up in class in their chosen educational institutions and go underground doing their own stuff.
  In Canada, the immigration and police officers do stop individuals on the streets and ask for their documents. It's against the law of individual human and civil rights, unless a person commits a crime and is found that he doesn't have the documents to live in the country.

  These so-called students took advantage of Canada's lax immigration system to enter the country under false pretenses, as they had no intention of enrolling in the colleges that admitted them. By this act alone, they have become undocumented, subject to detention and deportation.
