  AGI should advise the government to concentrate government factories which have seen no light over the years. Techiman Tomato Processing plant built by the Italian government during President Kufuor's era and commissioned by Ahwoi, then Minister of Agric, in 2011 has not processed even a can of tomato since then. These are some of the projects the government should concentrate on instead of building new ones.
