We, are not saying you did not follow due process. We all understand how BOT projects works. Government just facilitate without, recourse to any cost and after the project promoters have made their money based on the calculations, on the paper they hand over to government. The onus is on you to explain why you paid USD2M to the consortium because it is their duty to find money to pay for feasibility studies to show them how bankable their project is to present to investors so they have to pay for the FS. Pls you and, your former Deputy Agyeinim Boateng aka Agogo former Berekum West MP, we know your factory at Takoradi and we will alert the authorities to come for you.

If you're not satisfied contact NIB for further clarification because it's NIB who invited Hon Joe Ghartey and they questioned him and he gave the answers required. Pro Ameyaw-Ekumfi and Hon Ghartey have presented themselves and assisted NIB whether they are found culpable, will depend on the outcome of the investigations. He said no payment was made for feasibility studies.
