Must administrative, training and capacity building sessions be held on the farm as well? On at least two occasions I've seen the newly appointed agric minister visit some farms on a familiarization tour since he assumed power. And you're here just blabbing jazz to seek attention and probably catch the eye of the president for an appointment. Just bugger off.
