  The people of Ningo do not have clean water to drink and bath. Sam George should focus a little more on us. We have vast land and the Volta river flows into the sea just some few distance away.
  He could pump the water to irrigate our farms and treat some for our homes.
  We need water first.

  you must do it as quickly as possible to make the bill becoming a law in Ghana, The USA government which was trying to interfere in our local government policies and laws has a leader who is also fighting against the same issue that make it strategically the best time to sign the bill into law.
  The Europeans are very good in their strategies with timing.
  as a good negotiator you must not - the time of action very well to have a favourable out comes.
