  It does not make sense to pay someone orb anyone that amount of money which is approximately $30,000 to go and resettle in Canada to do cleaning/ care or warehouse jobs.
  i have been living in the UK for over 20 years and i can bet your bottom dollar there are not many people including me who have even $3000 in their savings. Over here people live on credit- most of what we earn goes into paying rent/mortgage/ car loans and utility bills.
  There's no way this man could have made this kind of money in Canada even if he worked for 40 year - trust me.
  
  i kind of think some people are making serious money in Ghana - more than abroad.
