    Ntim the bill died with the 8th parliament when your Akufo Addo refused to sign it,infact even receive.
    There is no bill to sign anymore and a new process has to be started

    Passing this Bill should bring any challenges because even POTUS is for it.
    He has declared his country's global stand and issued an Executive order on it. So take advantage and execute it
