In order to attain these remarkable promises, I suggest you appoint a personality like Yaw Domlevo as a minister of state at the presidency in charge of monitoring and evaluation. Any initiative taken by any minister must go through his office for further scrutiny before it gets to the chief of staff. This will put all your ministers in check. Ghana must get it right under your presidency.
