Check from the contract if passengers had a responsibility to acquire transit visas before being allowed to board on the first leg of the journey. We must understand that these conventions are governed by international agreements. Being former national security coordinator gives you no advantage unless you are traveling on a Diplomatic Passport. Let’s wait for the judgment.

Extremely rude and poor customer service at Istanbul Airport. The treatment of passengers, especially those from Africa, was deplorable.

Having said this, occasionally you encounter very difficult ones . I have witnessed passengers being humiliated. When flights delay, no announcements are made or any explanations given and there few no apologies are given. It can be annoying
