  Politicians and government officials began talking about post-harvest losses when I was in secondary school (teenage years). Now I am about 70 years old, and they are still talking about it. Talking does not move anything. Action does.
  Has anyone of the politicians and officials ever thought about giving priority to issues like this instead of purchasing fleets of V8 vehicles for their travel comfort? Black people will continue to be the scum of the earth because most brains in Africa are dysfunctional.
