Sitting on the speaker's chair is not the same as the president's, yet arrogant Alban Bagbin continuously disrespected Nana Addo when he was president. Bagbin must also understand that respect can't be commanded, but earned. If he feels he's been disrespected, he must check his behavior. Besides, I'd urge him to admit his old age, ailing health and his failing mental capability to resign as speaker of parliament
