Every student needs STEM. The old order has changed. If you build one STEM school for the whole region, how many students will benefit from it and what will the other students in other schools do.
Rather than building STEM schools, provide the facilities and the necessary infrastructure for all schools to introduce the STEM concept so that all children can benefit from it
