Let's imagine a father who works hard to build a small but successful business. He provides for his family and lays a strong foundation. His son grows up admiring him, but instead of aiming to expand the business or make it even better, he insists that no one can ever surpass his father’s achievements.

If the son refuses to innovate, take risks, or dream bigger, the business will eventually struggle to compete in a changing world. However, if he builds on his father’s foundation, adopts new strategies, and strives to do even better, the business can grow and succeed beyond what his father imagined.

The same applies to here. If we only celebrate past leaders without encouraging new ones to exceed their achievements, we limit our own progress. True development comes when each generation builds upon the last, pushing boundaries and striving for more.
