During the PNDC regime there was culture of silent because any politician or journalist who dare to say anything contrary to the authorities were thrown into jail without trial. Ask Kwasi Praat and Kweku Bakoo. Some journalists flee Ghana to Nigeria and Cote de voice. Gradually Prof Adu Boahen boldly broke the culture of silent. Now see what Captain smart and others have turned it to culture of insult.
