  @ Dr. Nii moi, point on! Ghana is a disaster. We are joking day and night from the leader (prez) to the baby borne a minute ago. TV in the hall, bedroom and the office.

  Dr. These days the time wasters are not TVs. They are Social Media on phones. I beg to differ. What makes employees serious or not is not the presence or absence of a TV but performance indicators called targets and sanctions for non-performance like suspensions, dismissals and other disciplinary action as well as bonuses etc for those who exceed their targets.

  I missed Prof Mills. During his tenure, television was outlawed in public offices. What has changed. Let's be a determined country instead of making ourselves laughing stock in this modern technological age. Do we keep television in construction site nor in a carpentry shop ? Why in offices ? Those who matter in the reset agenda should take note and action delivered. Thank you.
