  Doc next issue is the seminars and training the expenditure is so much and I’d possible virtual so that people can stay at their work place in a hall and learn

  Abolishing of TV is reasonable but phone, because anything can happen, for example maybe your child is seriously sick and your attention is needed, phone is imperative but don't manipulate it during working hours

  This is unbelievable and at the end of the month they are paid a monthly salary. The indiscipline in the country is just incredible. We need to introduce individual work plans at work places and salary increments should be based on the work plan accomplishments. We should do away with the current system where everyone gets a certain percentage salary increase irrespective of one's output.
