  Dear Doctor, how many times will you leaders reform the public sector? From PNDC days till now , we are still talking of the same thing. If we are not capable in any way, we should own it and ask for help.
  The Ghanaian is getting deeper into poverty but the ruling elite are getting richer. Don't give theories for it is glaringly evident.
  We are tured of you experts. The impact of all your expertise is non effect.

  What is Nii Moi saying? He should just pay a visit to public institutions, especially the ministries and he would know why theres no 'impact'. Some peeps have assumed that our public institutions are their bonafide property, and feel so threatened when NPP is in power. These same peeps don't allow anything progressive to be achieved cos it hurts their schemes.
