I happen to meet Dr. Don-Arthur in 1991 after some commandos at the Blue Gate where he worked then subjected the late former Chief Labour Officer Mr. Obeng-Fosu to ridicule.
Mr. Obeng-Fosu directed me to investigate the matters that brought about the ridicule from the military men.
It was a psychological duel between the two of us that day, having both studied in the former Soviet Union.
Whiles he approached the matter with the Soviet administrator of trying to put me off the case, I informed him that I had already visited the places where the issues took place and completed my investigations.
He was furious, intimidating, but I made sure that I provoked him, as a psychological tactics.
In the long run, our psychological game won the day and we had the matter settled.
