What it means is that the Affirmative Action Act is a farce. Women should contest on equal terms with men. We are gone past the stage of quota system. The Act should be repealed because it is in a way discriminatory.
For the first time in history, we have a female vice president and you say what?. Mahama should be commended for the choice of his running mate.
