Why publish their names?? It's unprofessional on the part of UEW and Ghanaweb. Very unfortunate.
Those of us who pay school fees appreciate it. I've already found one of my scholarship recipient's name on the list. I suspected he was a liar who flunked out because he kept making excuses when asked to provide his grades.

I pay fees. I expect the students to do the work and perform well. I expect them to provide me their grades as required for continuation in my program. They lie. Don't pretend like this is a surprise.
Had this been abroad the university would’ve been in hot waters with multiple suits coming in
A whole university acted unprofessionally right? Have you been a regular student in any of the universities before? Stop displaying your ignorance ok.We know far better than you
They just incapable. Went to secondary cos it's free and how they passed to enter university another story. Copy cats all over. Imagine how much government may have spent on them at secondary
In a way you may be right, but we have had such weak students even before the inception of the FSHS
Guys learn some vocation like dress making, driving forklift or carpentry, even plumbing and take it seriously. Even after school you might not get a decent work to do. School is got , however it is not everything.
Why would the list of names be published ?
Is this necessary for public knowledge ?
Ghana is really behind in civilization smh
Whoever published the names should be sued by the students big time because it's a big No No ...

The students can sue the university for publication of their names .To the tune of 2million cedis
This is a cool chop for the students at least if they divide the money they can share and apply to another school
Pls this not fair. Why polish their names? It can affect then psychologically. Pls pull down the list
I don't think it's appropriate to publish their names, alternatively they can apply to other universities or learn a trade which cannot be taken away from them.
If u go school, u no go learn, so so betting and sex !!
I disagree with this act of publishing the students' details here. It will traumatise them and their families.
so we those that they use to publish our results back at college are not human beings, masa if don't know book, you don't know, e no b force
Can training colleges of education do the same to their students to sit them up.
This list was published on the department's notice board, which is a normal practice. It's unfortunate that it has leaked into the media space.
Once placed on the notice board it becomes a public document. It can be republished in any media without any liability. I was in the University of Ghana Medical School in the 1980s. All our exam results were placed on the not ...

If you've been withdrawn from the school in Level 100 with a CGPA below 1.0, then what have you been doing in the school all this while.

Why make this public. The school authority should be held responsible for making it public. The school have given them personalised letter. Do they mean to embarrass them.?
