  There has been no allocation for economic change. It's like we are still in the rat race. Just abolishing and re-introduction. No driving force seen.. maybe nuclear energy for Stable power for more industries, expansion of tema oil refinery to increase production and drop prices... expansion of state farms to boost agric, reviving Ghana airways, black starline ships. The above in the budget will make us OK and a sudden twist will plunge us into crisis. Please think outside the box.
