I am challenging NDC members in parliament to come up with the exact date the betting tax was debated on the floor and was implemented and the president signed it into law?

Most Ghanaians hardly think through issues and depend on the fake media that churns out lies.
Dr. Amin, the former finance minister is saying that there was no betting tax, and some people are downplaying his words as lies so, my question is, when, how and where was the betting tax debated, implemented and signed into law?

Can the betting tax be sneaked into the books without being debated on the house floor?
