  To Alhassan Suhuyini, the NDC budget allocated 11.3billion cedis to the presidency and where did that money come from? Why this question, because NDC described our economy under NPP as a "Crime scene" so, where did all these monies come from?
  
  NDC had allocated 292million cedis to buy "Sanitary Pads" for schoolgirls which is well with NDC, and the funny thing is the same party bastardized the free SHS as a waste of resources. Now, school fees and sanitary pads, which is expensive for parents to foot?
