    Good idea. What I am not sure is how a committee that includes Ministers be chaired by a Deputy Chief of Staff, which effectively is of a rank of deputy minister.

    What is the mandate of Public Works Department(PWD). Must we form a task force to do this job?if we don’t have any use for PWD, why does it exist? Another waste going the drain. I may be wrong!

    Taskforce is not necessary here and it's waste of resources. Give the MMDAs and and the Road Ministry the political will to evict structures obstructing the flow of water and also work on the drainage.
