  Tweakai, listen to that drunkard whose face looks like someone who has been punched 100 times with heavy blows. What is a lean government, and why is the presidency allocated with 11.3billion cedis? I remember when Nana Addo's office was allocated with 8.5billion cedis, NDC made all sort of unnecessary noises as if but here they are with more money to Mahama and for what reason?
