  They, NDC, also accumulated some debts @ Cocobod in 2017, when NPP took over. They complained but had manage it and pay farmers better cocoa prices. All these, for me, is an excuse for this government to mess up with cocoa prices. Debts are managed and so far cocoa prices are surging, the debt can be spread and paid over a long period of time.

  Cocoa farmers in Ghana get the cheapest prices & yet COCOBOD is selling at world prices. Fertilizers meant for farmers were not delivered to them. Why should they be racking up 32 billion GHS debt?
