  This Gold Board thing has never been clearly explained to Ghanaians. And to allocate this whopping amount of money for its operations is completely crazy. It should be scrapped.

  Why you fools criticizing systems Mahama trying to put up ; is absolutely stupid . We lives in a country that nothing established before never works . All those agencies you mentioned sure, are in existence already . The question is …are they effective and efficiently working and if so why the Galamasey and other degrading practices of our forest and resources , depleted and destroyed in a matter years the NPP has been on charge of managing them?
  
  Presidential Mahama has outlined the resetting Ghana themes ….this is the agenda u must ask your self what is out there to reset. All those agencies not efficiently performing will be either emerges or scraped in a due course ….this is what you guys don’t get it.
  
  Resetting Ghana is not going to rely on old systems but rather a new systems thinking strategies are about to deploy.
  hence the need to establish and equipping with efficient tools to take over of those craps agencies u referred to as already in existing ., therefore, my advise is to shut up and either go for the flow of new emerging ideas or get yourself a parking spot and remains mute rather than coming out with stupid criticisms and comparisons to the old same stupidity nonfunctionalities . Thanks
