But God, in his abundant mercy and grace, has made a way out of this predicament by sending His Son Jesus Christ to come and pay for our sins. (Like you are fined in court after being convicted for an offence but someone else decides to pay the fine on your behalf).
Now the choice is for you and I to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour and accept the payment he made on our behalf or reject it.
